Workshops Dates
This 75-minute online workshop is run by the Employee Relations team. It provides line managers with advice on managing probation periods effectively. It includes guidance on the benefits of following the Imperiaprocess and the consequences of not following it.
This workshop examines the probation process in depth, highlighting the importance of each stage, i.e., appointment, planning an induction, setting objectives, mid- and final probation review meetings, and ARCs, in line with 海角社区's Policy and Values.
