What is cutover?
One of the key phases of the programme will be when we make the transition from ICIS, and other systems, to Atlas, this is known as cutover.
This does not happen in a single day. The transition from ICIS, and other systems including Teamseer, Talentlink and Discoverer, to Atlas is a 6-week process. 鈥婭t consists of staggered freezes of existing systems followed by the phased activation of Atlas functionality and other system integrations.
When is cutover?
There are two system freezes. People systems freeze from 8 March and purchasing freezes from 17 March. Before these dates, there will be a series of final deadlines for the processes these systems run.
