Depending on your chosen research area your programme may last an additional year and funding for a sixth year is considered on a case-by-case basis. There may be potential to undertake a teaching or research assistant studentship with one of the Business School's research centres.
Some of our scholarship funding comes from EPSRC and ESRC for candidates who meet Research Councils UK’s academic and residential eligibility conditions. During the MRes you will have a discussion with our team to find out whether you are eligible to move onto any of these awards.

They are invested in developing your research interests and fostering intellectual growth and innovation. Your supervisors provide continuous support and guidance throughout your programme, and you will work in a highly collaborative environment with other staff and students from across the Business School, whether in lectures and seminars, or through informal chats and networking opportunities.
